1. Shipping Policy

Processing timeframe: We take 5–7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process and fulfill orders.


Shipping notification: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.


Delivery timeline: Actual delivery times vary by carrier and destination- normally 2–5 business days after shipping. In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather or high volume), you’ll be updated promptly.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Damaged items: If your order arrives with damage, let us know within 7 days of receipt. We’ll ask for photos and either replace the item or fully refund your purchase.


How to submit a claim:

  1. Email info@drinkorra.com with “Damaged Order” in the subject line.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and brief explanation.

  3. We'll process evaluation within 3 business days.


    Replacement or refund: We’ll confirm whether your item will be resent at no cost or refunded (original payment method).


    Non-shipment issues: If your shipment was lost in transit (tracking shows failure) or wrong items are delivered, reach out. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and replace your items.

4. Terms & Conditions

Effective July 14, 2025. By placing an order with ORRA, you agree to these terms.

Use of Website & Age Requirement

  • You must be 21 years or older. Orders require age verification and false claims will void the sale.

  • Your use of this site is at your own risk; you are responsible for maintaining your account credentials’ confidentiality.

User Accounts

  • You may be prompted to create an account. If so, keep your password secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are inactive or abused.

Order Acceptance

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order—for example, due to stock issues or verification failures.

  • You’ll be notified via email if we decline the order; any charges will be refunded.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards; payment is processed at time of order.

Product Use & Liability

  • ORRA products are intended for responsible adult consumption. We are not liable for misuse, intoxication, or harm resulting from consumer use.

  • You assume full responsibility for the use of products, delivery to minors, or across jurisdictional lines where delivery is prohibited.
